Media

The Media Committee creates business plans, advertises fund-raising efforts, organizes demonstrations for schools and businesses, creates brochures, photographs the team's progress during the entire US FIRST Robotics season, and more.

Last match of seeding rounds 2011-03-05

Some good logo-hanging action in this one! (Directional problems notwithstanding.)

Saturday 10:40 match: Defense!

This time, the claw stopped working, so Niko played defense.

First day "seeding" rounds are done

Well, there were some glitches, and not being able to have any practice rounds yesterday probably set us back a bit. But we hung up some logo pieces and tried deploying the minibot several times. Humble web mentor may have missed a final match. When we left at 6:00 the team was in 25th place ( out of 39 or so). So, pretty good!

Be sure to check out the links in the previous blog entry, Social Media, if you'd like to see the action.

More tomorrow -- though we're all disappointed that the Verizon Center's "Free Wifi" has no connection to anything. How useless is that?!

Second match Friday March 4 - Claw / Wrist problems

Long-delayed match that was supposed to be before lunch. After this match, the camera batteries were both dead.

First match Friday March 4 - No control

The robot stopped responding right after autonomous mode was over. So, not the most interesting video here.
