Hey everyone, sorry it's been a while since I blogged it has been busy at robotics. The kicker has been finished and works very well it kicks great and doesn't have any problem with the bump. Mike also finished the arm and it works! Their is still the very small problem with it not lifting using the window motors they do not have enough torque for that but Mike and Ronnie were working on using CIM motors instead and they should work much better and still come in under weight. Oh! and we weighed the robot and it weighed 96 pounds with the window motors for the arm. So it will definitely be under weight when finished, hey another amazing thing in this season that has already had a first in that we can test it, now it is well underweight and we do not have to drill holes everywhere. but it is possible that we might do that for fun anyway, just to uphold a tradition... okay not really. The robot has to sship by next Tuesdday and is well on the way to
being completely ready including the box.
